    Taking to Twitter, Nota said his wife was brainwashed by Xhosa girls and now she pretends she’s one of them. He claimed that he is the only South African in her family and his own Mom is a Xhosa woman.

    “[Mampintsha’s sister Pinky has also reportedly said that they [Maphumulo family] have found out that they have will not been included in the funeral arrangements. We don’t know what we have done wrong because we did not have disagreements with anyone. They are even denying Mampintsha’s father access. My mother wants to see her son and this has taken a toll on her health],” Pinky allegedly said.
    The publication also reports that Mampintsha’s sister and manager Nondumiso Simelane is the one with the paper that declares those who can and cannot see the ‘Ngeke Ngvume’ singer, “whoever wants to see the body has to ask her”.

    “[Mampintsha’s sister Pinky has also reportedly said that they [Maphumulo family] have found out that they have will not been included in the funeral arrangements,” the paper said.

  • Mampintsha’s memorial and funeral dates announced

    Mampintsha’s memorial and funeral dates announced

    Mandla “Mampintsha” Maphumulo’s family has released details about his memorial and funeral service. The music producer passed away on Saturday morning, 24th of December after suffering a second stroke in the hospital located in Durban. Mandla’s memorial service will hold on Thursday, 29 December and his funeral will be on Friday, 30 December in Durban.

    Babes Wodumo’s father, Mbongeni Simelane confirmed the aforementioned dates, and thanked South Africans for their support.

    “Thank you for the support. Continue supporting us as we are preparing to lay him to rest. The funeral will be on Friday. The venue is yet to be confirmed. The memorial service will be held on Thursday at Bishop Dube’s church eThekwini Community Church. All people are welcome to come and pay their last respects,” he said.
    According to the family’s Spokesperson Zandile Maphumlo, Babes Wodumo who is the wife of the late star is doing well.

    RIP: Mampintsha has passed away

    Gqom musician, Mampintsha has died. The 40-year-old star was hospitalized due to a stroke last weekend and died on Saturday morning, 24 December.

    According to the source who spoke to Daily Sun on Tuesday, 13 December, he was admitted to King Edward Hospital in Durban and later moved to Durdoc Hospital due to the severity of his health.

    His former manager, Dogg Durban confirmed the news to Daily Sun.

    Mampintsha broke into fame as part of a trio, Big Nuz alongside Danger and R Mashesha who died in 2015. The remaining members had just reunited and were set to drop an album.
