Watch – Makhadzi teaches Ramaphosa how to dance during #ANC110 celebrations

Multi-award-winning musician Makhadzi attended the ANC 110 Limpopo celebrations and had a great time teaching President Cyril Ramaphosa how to dance. The talented dancer had fans singing along as she performed, with the ruling party’s leadership on the stage to dance to the music.

Makhadzi is starting 2022 the same way she closed 2021. The Matorokisi singer bought three houses in 2021, one for her grandmother, another for her mother and herself. She said she wanted people close to her to be comfortable first before herself. She finished the year as one of the most successful artists in the country, bagging deals and winning awards.

She won her first international award in Nigeria. She shrugged off competition from Burna Boy, Diamond Platinumz and Fali Ipupa and was announced as Continental Category – Artist of the year winner. She put an electric performance during the awards ceremony.

She signed a deal worth a whopping R120 million with sportswear maker Kicks to design and promote Kokovha inspired sneakers. She showed her mother to the world for the first time. She must be proud of her, given the musician had a difficult upbringing.

Makhadzi was criticised last year for wearing the corruption accused ruling party’s regalia when she was called to the Union Buildings by President Ramaphosa. His followers were unhappy with her association with the ANC and believed she must speak up against the revolutionary party and not support it.

  • Babes Wodumo blamed for stressing Mampintsha

Babes Wodumo blamed for stressing Mampintsha

Babes Wodumo is criticised after her husband, Mampintsha complained of being stressed.

The West Ink boss opened up on Facebook saying: “Awulele ngani na (ngiphethwe I stress singing) esani I stress?” which means “I just need some time in a beautiful place to clear my head.”

He also spoke about damaged people, and people were quick to crucify Babes for Mandla’s complaint.

“Damaged people are strong because they know how to survive.”

People were quick to flaw Babes and blame her for her husband’s health issue, as she recently insulted her mother in law on social media.

Few weeks ago, she accused Makhadzi of sleeping with Mandla.

However, the Ghanama hitmaker denied the claim, and revealed all that transpired between herself, Babes and Mampintsha.

Upon hearing Makhadzi’s side of story, people supported the Limpopo-born star and asked that Babes Wodumo’s mental health needs to be checked.

Seems the table has turned around, as Babes was formerly called the victim, but Mampintsha is not the victim.

Though, he is yet to release a statement in reaction tor Babes claims.

  • Master KG hits back at criticism over Makhadzi

Master KG hits back at criticism over Makhadzi

Master KG has been tagged an opportunist since he reunited with Makhadzi.

The two were lovers, who broke up years after dating, and the Ghanama hitmaker revealed in 2020 that they’ve gone their separate ways.

Some months into 2021, it was observed that they got close, and people assumed they were back to making music together, not knowing there’s more to what was perceived.

They made things more interesting after hinting at being back as lovers, as they kissed on stage and the music producer called the singer his wife on stage and on Facebook.

Fans have made different reviews about their reunion; while some are excited, a few are curious and others are furious, as they dragged the Jerusalema hitmaker for taking advantage of the singer, because she’s become one of the biggest singer in SA.

After weeks of being called an opportunist, Master KG decided to respond; he said people should get their facts straight, as he is not with Makhadzi because of the money, but has more than what people think.

“I was shocked when kg was going to makhadzi gigs to ‘support her’. Makhadzi is more popular now. Gets more bookings. Has more followers on FB. That was an attempt by KG to revive his wanning career. shine your light with Akon flopped. Money giveaways on twitter didn’t help,” a tweep wrote.

In response, the DJ said: “You dont know sh$t!my guy only if you knew how much money i get/got you wouldn’t be talking this shit..and that song that you say flopped thers no song in SA in 2021 that can match its streaming numbers…yall should stop this shit now.”

  • MAMPINTSHA RELEASES VIDEO AMID BABES WODUMO AND MAKHADZI DRAMA

MAMPINTSHA RELEASES VIDEO AMID BABES WODUMO AND MAKHADZI DRAMA

Babes Wodumo, Mampintsha and Makhadzi have been trending on social media after Babes went ranting on Makhadzi accusing her of bedding her hubby, Mandla ‘Mampintsha’ Maphumulo.

Makhadzi took to social media to address Babes’ allegations denying that she had slept with her husband.

She went on to tell her to deal with her husband for looking at her and not attacking her, tarnishing her image for what her man did.

“You can’t expect me to be able to stop your man from looking at me, deal with your man who likes women, not ask me to stop him from looking at me. How can that be possible,” she said responding to Babes.

Meanwhile, Mzansi has been calling Mampintsha to give his side of the story amidst the Babes Wodumo – Makhadzi beef.

Mampintsha took to Tiktok, where he dropped a video that has left people even more confused.

In the 46-second video, recorded in isiZulu, part of it loosely translated, Mampintsha says, “You say I like looking at things, listen here! Everyone is beautiful in their own way, there is no one ugly here.”

Mampintsha has left Mzansi guessing as to who he is referring to and who the message is intended for.

Others could not help but associate it with the Babes vs Makhadzi feud saying he can only be referring to Babes Wodumo who thinks Makhadzi is not beautiful.

Makhadzi refused to be drawn into a catfight with Babes who she accused of attention-seeking.

She mocked her claims and forgave her, and went further to advise her to control her husband.

The Limpopo-born singer said she only came to their studio for business and nothing else.

“I don’t even have your husband’s number and if he has mine I don’t know how he got it,” she added.

However, Mampintsha has been extremely quiet about the incident that sparked the feud only to release the vague TikTok video.
