    The star stated that she is heading back to school.

    The businesswoman and wife of Springbok captain Siya Kolisi revealed this week she finally took the plunge.

    “I’m officially a student — again! I’ve been wanting to study for a long time, but just haven’t had the opportunity. Finally decided to take a dive and do it.”

    She said she is “trying to figure out” how she was going to manage everything.

    She used the moment to encourage her followers to work on themselves this year.

    “I hope you manage to spend some time getting pen to paper and setting some goals for yourself. Remember a dream without a plan is just a dream.

    “Also just a side note to say I appreciate every positive message/comment from you guys. You guys are amazing and I appreciate your support so much. I’m sorry I don’t tell you enough”.

    If you haven’t been to the kasi before, here’s your chance to explore it from the comfort of your couch.

    SABC1’s new lifestyle show Ikas’Lami which starts on January 5, takes viewers on a journey with local celebs to visit their home towns and explore their backgrounds.

    Show host, Kope “Mrekza” Makgae tags along for the ride.

    The show zooms in on who they were before all the glitz and glamour, identifying the places, people and experiences that shaped them while diving into the past and present culture of that kasi.

    Each week the journey begins with Makgae in a taxi, picking up the guest celebrity, and they drive to where the guest was born and raised.

    Guest celebrities take viewers on a journey to their kasi, etched in their memories, and introduce us to their childhood lifestyle, including food and popular games such as umgusha, amaTin, and iTop.

    They give viewers a bit of background of what their kasi was like when they were growing up, compared to the present. They also visit local traders who’ve played a role in transforming and positively impacting the township.

    The celebrities featured include actress Innocent Sadiki from Mamelodi, podcaster Sol Phenduka from Tembisa, entrepreneur Theo Baloyi from Alexandra, chef Nthabiseng Ramaboa known as Chef Nti from Tladi in Soweto and veteran actor Jerry Mofokeng from Orlando in Soweto.

    Ikas’Lami starts tomorrow, Wednesday, January 5 at 6pm.

    The music producer was triggered by a fan’s question on why people are more moved by negativity instead of positivity.

    Reacting to the conversation, the DJ realized he was ungrateful to his dad who has passed away.

    “I’d like to apologise to my Dad for thinking he was sometimes not present in my life by choice, He was an incredible man that made sure we are stable as a family financially and worked his ass off. RIP DAD,” he wrote.

    Another tweep said that Kaybee is in his feelings because he now understands what fatherhood is, since he welcomed a child with his lover, Zola Mhlongo.

    “It changes everything, I wish I could tell him to his face how ungrateful it was of me to expect so much and still he should have answers to my hungry belly each and every day of my childhood,” he added.

    Well, the soapie is back on air and is running 5 days a week and will soon be receiving an additional cast and fans couldn’t be more excited.

Not only that, Sokhulu has signed on the SABC2 soapie for a story block that will see her be part of the team for a few months.

    Babes Wodumo is criticised after her husband, Mampintsha complained of being stressed.

    The West Ink boss opened up on Facebook saying: “Awulele ngani na (ngiphethwe I stress singing) esani I stress?” which means “I just need some time in a beautiful place to clear my head.”

    He also spoke about damaged people, and people were quick to crucify Babes for Mandla’s complaint.

    “Damaged people are strong because they know how to survive.”

    People were quick to flaw Babes and blame her for her husband’s health issue, as she recently insulted her mother in law on social media.

    Few weeks ago, she accused Makhadzi of sleeping with Mandla.

    However, the Ghanama hitmaker denied the claim, and revealed all that transpired between herself, Babes and Mampintsha.

    Upon hearing Makhadzi’s side of story, people supported the Limpopo-born star and asked that Babes Wodumo’s mental health needs to be checked.

    Seems the table has turned around, as Babes was formerly called the victim, but Mampintsha is not the victim.

    Though, he is yet to release a statement in reaction tor Babes claims.
