    Media personality Bonang Matheba seems to have something up her sleeves for her House of BNG fans. Bonang recently jetted off to Cape Town to seemingly shoot something very exciting and took to her Instagram stories to share moments that certainly piqued interest levels. She didn’t stop there. She also posted on her Instagram page a picture that had her cousin DJ, Pinky Girl, looking very dolled up.

    Bonang, in her caption, simply wrote a date, 14 February 2022, which happens to be Valentine’s Day. She also added #BNGLovesYou #HouseofBNG, a sign that whatever she is working on has to do with her famed sparkling wine. One follower commented “Bona! I am sending the money. Don’t Care if Peter is up or down. Let me go pawn my car.

    Interestingly, Bonang did not tag House of BNG’s Instagram account, and considering all the controversy surrounding the brand, fans can’t help but wonder. In case you may have missed it or forgotten, Bonang and her former management agency are currently locked in a legal battle around the ownership of the MCC MCC and sparkling wine brand House of BNG.

    When Bonang announced the termination of her contract with CSA Global, it was revealed that there was a battle over who exactly owns House of BNG. CSA refuted claims by Bonang to IOL Entertainment that she brought House of BNG with her to the agency.

They also want to know where he would be moving to, as the news is heartbreaking, and the best case scenario is that they follow him to whichever other platform he is exchanging Twitter for. He has also been advised to just take a break and get his head straight then return, rather than quitting altogether.


    However, we know trolls will always find a chance to make light of a situation. Some social media users have warned him against leaving the site, as it is the only place he is still relevant. Mmatema said after playing hide and seek with God, she finally decided to go all-in with faith into executing what she believes God has called her to do.

    Telling the story, Mmatema began with a trip down memory lane, describing moments that lead up to her revelation.
    I’m about be very honest with you, so bare with me. In 2018 I recorded my live CD and DVD and I can tell you this, that was my worst and most rushed work. I took it down. People received it well but I think they were being kind to me. Anyway I beat myself up for it until I hosted another live show (my last show) in Soshanguve. People were really happy about it but I found it to be a disaster (I know).

    “I then went to God and said ‘Lord, I am not releasing anything until it shows your excellent glory’, (hence the silence for two years). The singer said after praying God dropped a word into her spirit.

    “He then gave me a word and said ‘Bring women (every sixth month) in one place and let them sing in one voice. I will hear them and I will perform. However, I need them to come and not request anything, for I already know what they need before they ask for it. Tell them to come worship’. Mmatema said even after she knew what to do she kept running away from executing the concept until two weeks ago.

    “He gave me this concept and I kept running away from it since 2019 December. Two weeks ago, I was at Shammah when He dropped it in my spirit again and when I received the testimonies from the worship night there, it was a confirmation, so I asked for guidance and He directed.

    The singer has since roped in talented female Gospel artists Bongi, Chairo, Xolly Mncwango and Lebohang Kgapola. Together they will lead the audience in worship on March 20 at an outdoor event hosted at The Fortress Venue, Plot 5, OHM Street, Chloorkop, Kempton Park.

    According to the media personality, her marriage ended because her husband was toxic. Sharing a word post on Instagram, she directly addressed the question of her broken marriage for the first time since it became public knowledge.

    She said he would regularly manipulate her, and went as far as making it look like her reaction to disrespect was the problem, rather than the disrespect itself, and concluded that it was the reason she had to leave the relationship.

She has also made it very clear that she is single by choice, and people should not assume that it is because of some fundamental flaw.

    THE ROBERTS AND MBOYA FAMILY CONFIRM THE PASSING OF NOMAKULA ‘KULI’ ROBERTS

    It is with profound regret and sadness that we confirm the untimely passing of our dear daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt Nomakula ‘Kuli’ Roberts (49).

    She sadly passed away late last night (9th February) in Johannesburg.

    Affectionately known and loved by her friends, family, and the South African entertainment industry at large, Kuli Roberts was an all-around media personality who was always the life of any gathering.

    Her love for family, friends, work and very importantly her community is well known.

    Kuli leaves behind her two children, her beloved grandchild, her parents and three siblings.

    We humbly request that you respect our need for privacy, as we go through this difficult period of grieving and healing. We ask that you please keep us in your prayers.

    The Roberts and Mboya family are deeply thankful for all the countless personal messages of love and support received thus far. These are appreciated.

    Former Metro FM DJ Fresh and his wife Thabiso Sikwane are headed for splitsville after being married for 20 years.

    A local publication has revealed that Thabiso filed for divorce in 2021 after DJ Fresh was fired from 947 where he was the afternoon drive host.

    An informant close to the popular couple has revealed that Thabiso lost interest in him last year and have been sleeping in separate rooms.

    The friend said Thabiso and Fresh, who have been married since they met at YFM as on-air co-hosts in September 2002 drifted apart last year.

    “She no longer loves him and they were no longer communicating like husband and wife for a while now.”

    She consulted relatives and their children and ended their marriage this year.

    Thabiso has outgrown Thato and wants to start all over again this year.

    When she told him that she wants out of their marriage, he tried to convince her to rekindle their love, but she refused and told him that she had made up her mind.

    “When she told him that she wanted out of their marriage and was leaving him, Thato told her that he would not contest the divorce. It’s over, there is nothing we as their friends can do to save their marriage,” said the friend.

    DJ Fresh has agreed to move out of their house in Northriding once the divorce is finalized.

    The DJ has also agreed to give the multimillion-rand pad to Thabiso to continue living there with their three children.

    “They have also agreed that Thabiso will get the custody of their children, allowing them to visit him during school holidays and special holidays such as Father’s Day.”

    Cracks in their marriage started showing 5 years ago when he had a child out of wedlock with his manager, Tsholo Mosaka.

    He was also accused of drugging and rapping a Pretoria woman along with DJ Euphonic last year.

The young woman who has been battling cystic fibrosis recently revealed that she’s given up on treatment after she shared a video on Twitter. She said she has fought long and hard, and endured so much pain, but it was all to no end as she is still going through it.

    Well, after all, the help she got from Cassper Nyovest and Mzansi, she’s finally home and happy about it, even though the trip didn’t go as she had hoped.

    In the tweet she made, social media users poured into her comments to express gratitude for her safe journey, to welcome her back home, to gush overseeing her face again, and to wish her the best in her continuing battle against cystic fibrosis. So did Cassper, who willed her to stay up.

    After news broke that Nick Cannon is expecting a baby with Bre Tiesi, Alyssa—whose 5-month-old son with the Wild ‘N Out star, Zen, died from brain cancer in December—took to social media to release a statement. “I want to thank every single person who has messaged or thought of me over the last course of these last few months,” she began. “I always say Zen expanded my heart in ways I never thought possible. He filled that space with compassion, knowing I would need that most.”

    The model went on to note, “It is painful having my son be a part of conversations that aren’t in alignment with his light and legacy. It isn’t something I chose for him or myself.”

    “It’s important for me to let you all know. I am centred, I am at peace,” she continued. “I look at everyone’s predicament with loving eyes. I will not judge. I will consciously decide what I will participate in. I am surrounded by love. God, my mom, dad, sister, brother and daughter continue to carry me.”

    On her Instagram Stories, Alyssa also shared that she and Nick “knew since August that Zens time on this earth would be limited. We knew he would not make it to see 6 months.”

    “I am eternally grateful he was in the arms of the people who loved him most. I know we were fully present and with him in these moments,” she wrote alongside a photo of Zen. “We love you Zen. We got you down here baby boy.”

    Nick first shared the heartbreaking news of Zen’s passing during the Dec. 7 episode of his eponymous daytime talk show. According to the 41-year-old comedian, the infant had been diagnosed with a “pretty much a malignant, midline brain tumour,” and he and Alyssa took Zen to the beach as one of the final things they did as a family before his passing

    Saying that he held his son “for the last time” during that outing, Nick recalled of the moment, “Not only did we get to see the sunrise, but we got to see the sunset too.”

    During the Jan. 31 episode of The Nick Cannon Show, the actor announced that he was expecting a child with Bre but had previously held off on sharing the news to “respect the grieving process with Alyssa.” He explained that he felt the need to confirm the pregnancy after photos of him and Bre attending a baby shower surfaced over the weekend.

    “I didn’t know what to say when I was dealing with Zen or to hold off,” Nick said. “Even right now, that it came out yesterday, that wasn’t planned to talk about it. We wanted to, you know, hold on as long as we can, but it happened. We here and I’m with my family.”

    Nick is also dad to 10-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with ex-wife Mariah Carey. He also shares 4-year-old son Golden “Sagon” and 1-year-old daughter Powerful Queen with Brittany Bell, and 7-month-old twin boys Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir with Abby De La Rosa.

    When asked if he is done having kids, Nick shared on the latest episode of his talk show that he wants “as many children as I can helpfully provide for.”

    “I love children. I love my children,” he added. “I want to be the best father I can possibly be but I’m not counting out never having more children. So, again, I love all of my children and can we stop talking about me?!”

    This pregnancy news comes two years after the longtime friends ignited romance rumours. The speculation, which followed shortly after her split from Hassan Jameel, started after the stars were spotted spending time together in NYC. However, at the time, Rihanna wasn’t looking for a serious relationship.

    As one source explained to E! News in 2020, “Rihanna is single. She just got out of a long intense relationship with Hassan. She wants to be single and isn’t going to jump into something. She’s hanging out with A$AP Rocky, but she is not dating him.”
