    Few celebrities have a more difficult relationship with the Mzansi public than Dineo Ranaka. She is always getting slammed for one reason or another, and now she has finally shown some indication that she knows all the things people say about her.. And she is not amused in the slightest.

    The radio personality recently took to her Instagram stories to address all the negative things that have been said about her. She expressed disappointment at all the judgement she often faces, and said it is even worse because most of it comes from women. She would have expected her fellow ladies to have a little more grace for her, but unfortunately, that’s not what she has been met with.

    The media personality recently revealed the reason why her marriage of less than one year came to an abrupt end. She said that the relationship had been mentally and emotionally abusive, and that she often felt like her husband would try to manipulate her a lot. Eventually, she chose to protect her own peace and opted for divorce.

    But the news did not sit well with Mzansi social media users. They came for her viciously, saying they did not believe how she could be complaining about toxic people when she is toxic herself. “You can dish it but you can’t take it?” they demanded to know.

    Her analysis is astute, though: people really do think of her exactly as she said. Because of her family’s reality TV show, The Ranakas, she has been labelled toxic because of having some altercations. All those labels she mentioned have been attached to her at least once.

    In light of what she went through recently with almost losing her lucrative job on Metro FM, she came out to say that she struggles with anxiety. Well, considering how frequently she is attacked on social media because of things she says or does, that is not surprising. But we hope that she continues to choose her peace and mental health, and does not let the haters win.

    Here are some common causes of bloating without a reason.

    1. Irritable bowel syndrome
    Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) could be the cause if you’ve been bloated on and off for a long time and have also experienced symptoms including pain, constipation and/or ­bouts of diarrhea.
    Cutting out cereal fiber eases symptoms by between 30 percent and 40 percent in the majority of ­sufferers. This means avoiding ­wholemeal bread, oats, muesli, digestive biscuits, cereal bars and all breakfast cereals other than Rice Krispies, but white bread, cakes, cream crackers and most biscuits are fine.     2. Flatulence
    This could be the cause if you are ­passing a lot of wind, but don’t notice any other symptoms. We all experience flatulence from time to time – it’s perfectly normal to do so up to 15 times a day and ­sometimes you may not even notice that you are doing it.

    While there’s no medical definition of excessive flatulence, if it’s ­bothering you and makes life ­awkward or feels ­uncomfortable, there are steps you can take to reduce it. Try cutting down on foods that are high in ­non-absorbable carbs. ­Common culprits include beans and pulses, broccoli, cabbage, prunes and apples, and foods containing the sugar ­substitute sorbitol.

    3. Coeliac disease
    This medical illness could be the cause if you often feel tired, you’ve lost weight for no ­apparent reason and you are suffering from ­abdominal pain.

    Coeliac disease is an adverse ­reaction to gluten, which is found in wheat, barley and rye and all foods containing them – everything from pasta and bread to pies and some gravies and sauces. It used to be mainly ­diagnosed in children, but it’s now known people can go undiagnosed into middle age.

    If you have these ­symptoms, see your ­doctor and ask to have a blood test for coeliac disease. If you’re diagnosed, you’ll feel better once you start avoiding all foods containing gluten.

    4. Ovarian cancer
    Ovarian cancer could be the cause if bloating is persistent and you have other symptoms such as a perpetual ­feeling of fullness and abdominal pain.

    The symptoms of ovarian cancer tend to be quite vague, which is often why it’s diagnosed late when it’s harder to treat, so it’s important to be aware of potential signs.

    South Africa is considered the rainbow nation since it is one of the most ethnically diverse nations on the continent.

    Centuries ago, the country was majorly inhabited by the pastoral Khoikhoi, the hunter-gatherer San, Xhosa, and Zulu, which is the most spoken language in South Africa. For decades, the languages recognised by the constitution included English, European-Dutch, and Afrikaans.

    For many years, most of the local varieties were disregarded, despite being spoken by more than 80% of the country’s population.

    According to the Council for Foreign Relations, the 1996 constitution review gave new official protection to all the country’s major languages.

    So, how many official languages in South Africa are recognised by the constitution?

    The constitution recognizes 11 SA languages. Initially, the nation had 34 languages, but four Khoesan dialects have become extinct. Out of the remaining 30, 19 are less famous. Here are the most common ones.

    While English is only the fourth biggest language in South Africa, it is still one of the most spoken languages in the world.

    It is known as the lingua franca of the world, with over 335 million people speaking it as their first language, and another 450 million as a second, in 101 countries.

    It has become the language of international business, and is the language of the scientific and medical fields, which use English as a basis for much of the terminology.

    But English is far from the world’s biggest language – that title belongs to Chinese, which have over 1.2 billion native speakers, in 33 countries.

    As South Africa’s biggest trade partner, the department of education saw it fit to officially add Mandarin to the school curriculum in the country from January 2016.

    Chinese is a complex language to categorise, as it is technically a “macrolanguage” comprising 13 individual languages.

    It has two main sub-groups, namely Mandarin and Cantonese – the former of which is the primary language of China.

    Similar to Chinese, Arabic is another large macrolanguage, comprising 18 individual languages. There are an estimated 242 million native Arabic speakers in the world.

    People dragged Unathi and labeled her “toxic” saying she is the cause of their divorce. Absurd right? Others mentioned Somizi saying marriages which are covered by Showmax always end in tears. That’s because his and Mohale’s union was covered by the streaming company.

    Khune on the other hand is trending because some think he was still in love with Minnie. One tweep wrote. “Itumeleng Khune never recovered after breaking up with Minnie Dlamini and as a result he lost his position as the first choice goalkeeper for both Kaizer Chiefs and Bafana Bafana.     “I found a vinyl record from my old collection, on the cover was a letter I wrote to my dad after he died in 2010. I don’t even remember writing that letter but I was super emotional when I found it. Bongani took the record, sampled it and made a song for me,” she shared.
